Rather than taking on every request immediately, we use a waitlist to help make sure we are the right fit for each client and that we have the capacity to deliver work properly.

How We Work
We are best suited to clients who value clear advice, reliable service, and long-term thinking.
We are not always the cheapest option, and we are not trying to be. Our goal is to provide technology support that is carefully considered, properly explained, and designed around what you actually need.
For the 2025/26 financial year, our professional service rate starts at $180 per hour, as noted on our services page.
What Happens After You Apply
After you submit the form, we will review your details and consider:
- What type of support you need
- Whether we are the right fit
- Current availability
- The likely urgency and size of the work
- Whether another provider may be better suited
If we believe we can help, we will contact you to discuss the next step. If we are not the right fit, we will try to be upfront about that. Where possible, we may suggest another direction or provider.
